Job summary

The role focuses on partnering with BU Heads, driving strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting, and delivering actionable insights to senior leadership to achieve financial targets and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of progressive finance experience with 5+ years in FPA/Commercial Finance leadership.

As my client is embarking on an enterprise wide transformation with Finance/FPA organisation as a priority, our client is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to lead this exciting change initiative.

Role

Reporting to the GCFO and managing a team of between 15-20 capable analysts, you will be instrumental in the transformation journey of elevating the Finance Business Partnering function across the organization. Partnering the various BU Heads, you will aid in identifying business opportunities, proactively provide meaningful and actionable insights, as well as lead the strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting exercises. You will effectively engage the senior leadership team on matters concerning overall business strategy, meeting of financial targets and suggesting continuous improvements towards the success of the organization.

Requirements

Ideally, you have a minimum of 18 years of progressive finance experience, of which at least 5 years must be in a dedicated FPA / Commercial Finance Business Partnering leadership capacity. Prior experience in a complex and highly matrixed organisation will be highly preferred. As the organization is in Technology Services, candidates currently in the Tech ecosystem, and have familiarity with the intensity and pace, will be highly preferred. Strong communication as well as interpersonal skills are critical success factors in this role. Prior experience in team management will be a strong prerequisite.
