Job description

Our client is a globally renowned technology and digital leader. They provide industry specific services and guidance to the some of the world’s biggest organisations, both in private and public sectors. They have achieved continued growth and are now seeking to recruit an experienced practitioner to lead their Financial Services (FSI) team in Singapore.

As the Head of Financial Services, you will bring your expertise in P&L management, sales leadership, and global technology strategy and transformation to lead the team, develop and execute an effective go-to-market strategy, capitalize on existing and new client relationships, and coordinate sales efforts into targeted clients.

To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record in consulting both new and existing account management/business development in tier 1 technology companies across the full sales lifecycle, strong management consulting and solutioning experience with proven sales and delivery success in the Financial Services sector, extensive knowledge of the Financial Services industry, and excellent existing relationships with senior executives of tier 1 FSI companies. Experience in digital transformation is a plus.

Our client is looking for a confident leader with the presence and gravitas to initiate, manage, and maintain board/senior management relationships, understand and scope out challenges and potential solutions, and both sell and deliver top-tier consulting and technology-enabled business transformation work. You should also have a proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organization, enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions, and model the company's values and behaviors.
