What will you do?

The Smart Building Solutions (SBS) is a Regional Solution and Service business unit, part of Siemens Smart Infrastructure. We are looking for an experienced Lead, Execution Excellence to strengthen our presales, post-sales activities, and adopt digitalization in APAC. You will ensure high standards during presales processes and critical project reviews to assure customer deliverables. If you are eager to influence winning bids and maintain high project quality with high-tech exposure and enjoy representing a brand through establishing and developing a growth mindset — this role is for you!

You will collaborate with country management, regional SBS teams, Portfolio, Solution Architects, Project Management, Commercial, and Procurement teams across countries. The position will be based in Singapore with expected travel within APAC countries.

Responsibilities

  • Critical project review with all stakeholders regarding project risk, early risk detection, non-conformance costs, technical support, and product evaluation/alternatives
  • Opportunity Risk Review and Sales Bid Optimization
  • Project re-engineering and optimization with business line
  • Ensure continuous implementation, training, and updates of PM@Siemens
  • Exploit and deploy productivity/efficiency tools and continuous improvement
  • Coordinate on Process Offshoring and Automation
  • Guide and align with Procurement on suitable products and partners
  • Collaborate with HQ on portfolio releases, contents, and training
  • Build strong relationships with sales leads and partners to ensure understanding of systems and integrations
  • Select, review, and handle external agencies and suppliers as required
  • Proactively identify and resolve risks and issues to ensure timely delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related field
  • PMP and/or ITIL certification preferred
  • Experience with digital solutions and market understanding
  • Strong analytical skills to forecast risks
  • Organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to relate technical and business concepts
  • Keen interest in emerging technologies supporting digital growth
  • Vertical exposure in Healthcare, Airport, Commercial Real Estate, Higher Education, or Public Sector is an advantage
