A leading healthcare organization seeks a strategic leader to oversee the Corporate Development Department. The role involves shaping corporate strategy, driving organizational growth, and ensuring compliance with governance standards. Ideal candidates will have extensive healthcare experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
You will oversee the Corporate Development Department and Transformation Office and provide leadership and direction on strategic, organisation-wide initiatives. You will be responsible for shaping and driving corporate strategy. You will have to execute and monitor the hospital's mid-to-long term strategic objectives and performance. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure strategic goals and work plans are achieved.
A little about you and what we seek to accomplish together:
Support CEO with the development, implementation and monitoring of the corporate strategy in line with Ren Ci’s vision and mission.
Work closely with stakeholders to cascade and monitor their department’s strategies and workplans, with a view to deliver better value to patients, staff and organisation.
Drive organisational growth and learning by planning and implementing organisational development initiatives, cultivating strategic partnerships, and possibly, facilitating the fostering of communities of practice within the community care sector.
Proactively support an innovation and continuous improvement culture in Ren Ci through the Growth, Innovation and Transformation Committee. Work closely with committee members to determine high impact organisation-wide projects to undertake annually.
Ensure regulatory requirements/ guidelines and internal policy harmonisation and that all statutory requirements and best practice relating to corporate governance are complied with.
Oversee Ren Ci’s annual Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) review and documentation compliance review cycle.
Guide department in supporting Board secretariat for quarterly reporting to the Board as well as provide secretariat support to the sub-board Governance and Risk Committee.
Oversee the planning for Board and organisation management retreats.
Any other assignment given by CEO.
Requirements:
Degree in any discipline, preferably in healthcare related field
At least 10 years of healthcare working experience
Experience in planning, management, operations and home care required
Strong leadership and management skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
Strong decision making, action planning, prioritization and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead, work and strive in multi-disciplinary teams
Ability to demonstrate exceptional organization development skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
