- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Cash Management and Trade Finance solutions, ensuring the validation of onboarding documents, host-to-host connectivity/interfaces, and other related non-electronic processes for both new and existing clients;
- Develop and enforce guidelines and controls to ensure the reliability and quality of all implementations. This includes post-implementation and ongoing client services to meet both the bank's and clients’ business objectives;
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, consistent, and valuable services and solutions to clients in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the implementation process;
- Continuously monitor business performance, transaction patterns, and the timely delivery of solutions, ensuring the achievement of both short-term and long-term business goals;
- Provide accurate and consistent reporting to track business performance, facilitating revenue realization and growth within the department;
- Lead and provide support to team members, ensuring high-quality evaluation, assessment, and implementation processes that align with company goals and client needs.
Requirements
- A relevant degree with at least 10 years of management experience in implementing Cash Management and Trade Finance solutions for corporate clients;
- In-depth knowledge of Cash Management and Trade Finance products and services, with a solid understanding of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices;
- Proven experience in managing corporate banking solutions and overseeing the onboarding process for corporate clients, ensuring smooth and effective implementation;
- Strong project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously;
- A highly analytical mindset, with the ability to identify and solve problems creatively and effectively; offering innovative solutions for both the bank and clients;
- A demonstrated agile mindset, with a proven track record in solutioning and adapting to changing client needs and market conditions;
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), with a strong ability to manage relationships and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management, ensuring alignment and collaboration across departments and client teams.
