Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all kitchen operations for the omakase concept.
  • Plan, design, and execute omakase menus with creativity and precision.
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
  • Source and manage premium ingredients, including seafood and seasonal produce.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards.
  • Oversee kitchen hygiene, food safety, and compliance with regulations.
  • Manage food cost, inventory, and supplier relationships effectively.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in Japanese fine dining/omakase.
