Qualifications

Experience as Kitchen Manager or senior leadership in a kitchen.
Hands-on leadership in Western cuisine and high-volume settings.
Ability to lead, organise and develop a kitchen team.
Strong understanding of food costing, inventory control and service ops.

Responsibilities

Lead daily kitchen operations and prepare team for service.
Maintain standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene and organisation.
Supervise, coach and develop chefs and kitchen staff.
Plan manpower deployment and assign responsibilities across the kitchen.
Monitor food costs, stock levels, ordering, wastage and inventory control.
Manage food par levels, market lists and quality checks for ingredients.
Support menu planning, recipe development, food costing and pricing discussions.
Collaborate with management to improve service execution and kitchen performance.
