Job Summary:
Up to $5,200/-month + staff meals & incentives
6-day work week with rotating shifts: Opening (9am–5pm) or Closing (2pm–10pm)

Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high food quality and hygiene
Create and improve recipes, seasonal dishes, and special promotions
Manage inventory, control food costs, and work with suppliers
Hire, train, and lead back-of-house (BOH) staff
Work closely with front-of-house (FOH) to ensure smooth service
Ensure hygiene standards meet SFA requirements
Partner with owners to develop new menu items
Source vendors and handle product tastings
Conduct staff evaluations and training
Track inventory use and reduce food waste
Maintain kitchen equipment and arrange repairs
Join management meetings and help shape operations strategy
