We are looking for a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and help us achieve our vision of culinary excellence.Job Summary:The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating and executing a diverse menu, managing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, excellent leadership skills, and a creative approach to food preparation. *Key Responsibilities:**1. **Menu Development and Planning:**- Develop and design a creative, diverse, and seasonal menu that reflects the restaurants concept.- Incorporate new flavors into the menu.- Regularly update the menu based on seasonal availability and customer preferences.2. Kitchen Operations Management:- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.- Manage and train kitchen staff, including sous chefs, line cooks, and kitchen assistants.- Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.- Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage costs effectively.3.
