Overview

We are an Italian Inspired cafe in the midst of expanding and we are in need of passionate individuals to join our team!

We are located at Ubi and If you would like to work in a fun environment with a fun team, fast-paced environment, to grow your culinary skills and knowledge and love being creative with food, join us!

Position

Full time salary from: $4000 - 6000 per month, depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Be in charge of hiring and scheduling
• Take charge of inventory cost control
• Plan for new menu items
• Mentor and train staff as needed

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in a European, Western or Italian kitchen
• At least 2 years experience in leading a team
• Strong knowledge and skill in handmade pizzas, pastas, grills
• Patience in teaching
• Singaporeans/PR preferred. Able to start immediately will be appreciated.
