Job description

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing kitchen operations, developing new recipes, and maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene. Leadership skills, creativity, and a passion for delivering authentic culinary experiences are essential.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring that dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and consistency.
  2. Develop and refine recipes, maintaining the authentic taste while introducing innovative menu items.
  3. Manage inventory, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and properly stocked.
  4. Ensure that the kitchen meets all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  5. Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to the company’s standards and procedures.
  6. Monitor food costs and control wastage, optimizing kitchen efficiency and profitability.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  3. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  4. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a high-volume setting.
  5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the management team.
