Job summary

XIN XIN F&B PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen, ensuring high-quality dishes and efficient service. You will supervise cooks, manage stock, and adjust recipes to meet guest preferences while maintaining strict hygiene standards.

The role requires hands-on operation, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate with front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as Head Chef/Executive Chef.
• Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment.
• Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking and pastry techniques.
• Leadership and time management skills.
• Ability to remain calm and undertake multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with sanitation regulations.
• Culinary school diploma preferred.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
• Assist in adhoc duties as required.
