Job Scope:

  • Develop seasonal, elevated dishes that blend fine dining with café-style comfort.
  • Lead kitchen team, ensuring efficient, high-quality food prep and service.
  • Source quality, seasonal ingredients and manage inventory.
  • Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
  • Train kitchen staff on fine dining techniques and standards.
  • Work with front-of-house to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Oversee food costs, labor costs, and menu pricing for profitability.
  • Ensure the quality of the food served and maintain food hygiene standards.
  • Enforce nutrition standards and research cuisine trends.
  • Ensure the safety of the kitchen environment.
  • Provide expert advice for kitchen layout and maintenance schedule.
  • Maintain adequate pantry inventory and track expenses.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as requested by the Management.

Requirements

  • Fine dining background with expertise in high-end culinary techniques.
  • Leadership skills for managing a small team.
  • Strong focus on food quality and presentation.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Local and Malaysian cuisine knowledge is a plus.
  • Obtained Food hygiene certificate.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Knowledge in menu planning and food costing.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging work environment.
  • Willing to work on weekends and shift rotation.
  • Singaporeans or PR only.

  • Meals covered while on duty.
  • Transport covered if working hours extend over 11 pm.
  • Sales incentives upon hitting targets.
  • Yearly bonus based on performance review.

Schedule:

  • Operational days - Tuesdays to Sundays.
  • Operational hours - 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
  • Schedule and roster to be arranged with the Managing Director.
  • Not more than 44 hours a week. Any overtime incurred will be paid accordingly.

Salary:

  • SGD 4000 - SGD 5000 monthly depending on experience.
