Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Head Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will oversee kitchen operations, menu development, and staff management while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement innovative menus that align with current food trends and customer preferences
  • Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene
  • Oversee inventory management, cost control, and budget planning for the kitchen

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or in a similar senior culinary role
  • Proven track record in menu creation, kitchen management, and team leadership
  • Strong knowledge of food cost control, budgeting, and inventory management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, management, and customers
