Responsible for driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, building key customer relationships, negotiating and closing business deals, and maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Job Description:

  • Assisting department head and management team to develop and implement business development strategies that align with department's overall vision and objectives.

  • Assisting department head and management team to identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities across different markets and sectors.

  • Build strong relationships with clients, partners, stakeholders, and industry influencers.

  • To lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.

  • Work closely with Head Plans, product directors, and operations team to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.

  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to refine business strategies.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

  • Manage, mentor, and develop the business development team.

Requirements:

  • Degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related fields an advantage.

  • 7 to 12 years of proven experience in business development, sales or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and business strategy.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in CRM software and business productivity tools.
