Key Responsibilities:
Determine customer drink preference by presenting and explaining the drink menu.
Have sound understanding of preparation techniques for coffee, coffee beans, replenishing coffee bean supply.
Maintain high quality and consistent product standards.
Create and follow all company drink recipes and procedure.
Ensure that all customers are served promptly and duly.
Ensure all staff adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and other operational protocols.
Assist service side when required during peak periods.
Perform all other duties as and when assigned by Manager.

Key Requirements:
Possess at least 1 year experience in similar capacity.
Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
Organizational Skills – ability to group work in relation to the work being done, prioritizing and scheduling an even workflow.
Possesses basic food hygiene certification.
Experience in analyzing profitability and costing
Whole bean knowledge, coffee blends, tea products, bakery items, coffee brewing, and blended products would be a plus.

We are on a 5 day workweek, 2 days off (1 day fixed, 1 day roster-based)
