• Develop and test seasonal specials and signature drinks.
• Lead baristas in technical skills and customer service.
• Oversee regular cleaning and calibration of coffee equipment.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote new and popular beverages.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a barista leadership position.
• In-depth understanding of espresso drinks and brewing methods.
• Creative flair for developing new flavors, textures, and drink presentations.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities for managing teams.
