Job description

We are looking for a skilled and creative Head Baker to lead our bakery team. As Head Baker, you will oversee daily baking operations, maintain high product standards, and develop new baked goods that delight our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of bakers and kitchen assistants
• Plan and manage daily production schedules
• Prepare a wide variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts
• Develop and test new recipes and seasonal offerings
• Ensure all products meet our quality, consistency, and presentation standards
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and reduce wastage
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in the bakery
• Train and mentor junior staff to uphold baking standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Baker or Senior Baker
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
