Job summary

TOTAL MANPOWER PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks hands-on engineers to install, test, and commission HBOT and oxygen systems at client sites.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and air-oxygen issues and work with R&D and product teams to improve reliability and user experience. You should have an engineering degree or diploma (mechanical or mechatronics), strong wiring, plumbing, and system integration skills, and a safety-minded approach.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronics) required.
• Hands-on technical skills in wiring, plumbing, electrical, or system integration.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and initiative.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail in safety-sensitive environments.
• Experience with oxygen systems, medical equipment, or HVAC is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical setup, testing, installation, and commissioning of HBOT and oxygen systems at client locations.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance; troubleshoot hardware and system faults (mechanical, electrical, air-oxygen systems).
• Work closely with R&D and product teams to improve system reliability, user experience, and integration.
• Assist in system design, prototyping, and engineering documentation.
• Provide technical support and training to clients, operators, and internal team.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across all installations an engineering activity.
