Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in toxic industrial waste.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of field technicians engaged in the collection, transportation, and disposal of toxic industrial waste materials.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards related to handling and disposal of toxic industrial waste.
• Coordinate field operations, including scheduling and assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely project completion.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess safety protocol compliance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Train and mentor field technicians on proper handling procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
• Prepare and file safety and health documents.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as the Environmental Health and Safety department, to develop and implement waste management strategies.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to evaluate operational efficiency and identify optimization opportunities.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, including waste manifests, reports, and disposal records.
