Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd in Jurong East, Singapore seeks an embedded hardware/software engineer to develop FPGA firmware, design multi-layer PCBs, and bring up prototype boards. You will debug complex systems using oscilloscopes and logic analyzers, and contribute to test software in C++ with MFC.

The role requires a degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Computer Engineering or related field and at least 1 year of hands-on hardware, firmware, or software experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience across hardware, firmware, or software development.

Responsibilities

• FPGA & Firmware Development: Write, simulate, and implement digital logic modules in Verilog for module development and system integration.
• PCB Design & Capture: Design, capture schematics, and route multi-layer PCBs using EDA tools (Altium, KiCad).
• Integration & Debugging: Bring up prototype boards and troubleshoot issues with logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, and multimeters.
• Test Software Development: Develop, maintain, and upgrade internal calibration and diagnostic GUI applications using C++ and MFC.
• Technical Documentation: Maintain code repositories and document hardware schematics, firmware architectures, and test software manuals.

Company is manufacturer of detective security system for car park, checkpoint & airport

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• At least 1 year of experience in hands-on experience across hardware, firmware, or software development

Key Responsibilities

• FPGA & Firmware Development: Write, simulate, and implement digital logic modules in Verilog for module development and system integration.

• PCB Design & Capture: Design, capture schematics, and route multi-layer analog, digital, and power PCBs using EDA tools (e.g., Altium, KiCad).

• Integration & Debugging: Bring up new prototype boards and troubleshoot complex system issues using logic analysers, oscilloscopes, and multi-meters.

• Test Software Development: Develop, maintain, and upgrade internal calibration and diagnostic GUI applications using C++ and MFC.

• Technical Documentation: Maintain organized code repositories and document hardware schematics, firmware architectures, and test software manuals.
