Job description

HANDYMAN (FULL TIME/PART-TIME - 4 days work/FREELANCE)

We are a building owner seeking a Handyman to perform simple repair and maintenance works for our building:

1. Simple door repairs such as changing locks, tightening hinges, etc.
2. Basic plumbing tasks like changing taps, repairing water leaks, fixing hoses, clearing blockages, etc.
3. Painting of walls and floors, including touch-ups for floors and partitions.
4. Electrical work such as replacing light tubes, bulbs, and starters.
5. Assisting in maintaining cleanliness and proper upkeep of the building.
6. Overseeing outsourced cleaning staff to ensure quality work.
7. Other simple ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Option to work part-time, e.g., 4 days a week, is available.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday from 8:45 am to 6:00 pm; Saturday from 8:45 am to 1:30 pm; Sundays and public holidays off.
