Job summary

ANR Technologies is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support day-to-day receiving, packing and delivery operations. You will handle goods arriving at our office, check their condition, prepare them for delivery and arrange deliveries to customers, while keeping the warehouse tidy.

No prior warehouse experience is required; training will be provided. Working hours are 5 days per week, 5 hours per day, from 1pm to 6pm, with pay of $14 per hour.

Qualifications

• Reads and understands basic English.
• Comfortable using mobile phone apps.
• Able to follow written instructions and SOPs.
• Careful when checking, handling and packing goods.
• Organised and able to track multiple deliveries.
• Responsible and attentive to detail.
• No prior warehouse experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Receive and open incoming goods and parcels.
• Check goods for damage or incorrect quantities.
• Repackage items for delivery.
• Prepare delivery routes for local deliveries.
• Arrange deliveries using delivery service.
• Arrange courier pickups for overseas shipments.
• Print and replace product labels as needed.
• Ensure goods are labeled, packed and organized before dispatch.
• Keep warehouse and packing area clean and tidy.
• Carry out other basic warehouse and logistics duties.
