Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated laboratory support assistant in Singapore. This part-time role requires 3–4 days per week and offers around SGD 20 per hour.

You will join a research team at Buona Vista and assist with routine experiments and sample handling. Responsibilities include preparing samples, operating basic lab equipment, recording results, and ensuring compliance with SOPs and safety rules.

Qualifications

• Hands-on laboratory work experience.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Able to commit to 3–4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day laboratory research activities and experiments.
• Perform sample preparation, handling and basic laboratory testing.
• Assist researchers with experimental procedures and data collection.
• Operate basic laboratory equipment and ensure proper handling of instruments.
• Prepare laboratory reagents, consumables and materials required for experiments.
• Record experimental results and maintain accurate laboratory documentation.
• Maintain proper labelling, storage and inventory of samples and reagents.
• Support equipment cleaning, maintenance and general laboratory housekeeping.
• Follow laboratory SOPs and safety requirements.
• Provide other research and laboratory support as required.
