The role offers a 5-day work week (9am–6pm, normal shift) with AWS and a monthly performance bonus; overtime may be required based on operational needs, and it suits hands-on problem-solvers who enjoy attention to detail and data entry.

Qualifications

• Candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to perform hands-on tasks in production or operations.
• Good problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issues.
• Basic data entry and familiarity with spreadsheets (Excel).

Responsibilities

• Execute daily operations in accordance with SOPs.
• Support production, process handling, and basic testing activities.
• Monitor workflow and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Identify and report process issues or operational delays.
• Assist in resolving issues and elevate where necessary.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Work closely with team members to support smooth operations.
