Job summary

NTT Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on DevOps Engineer to support a leading banking client in Singapore. The role focuses on microservices deployment, CI/CD automation and enterprise observability within Kubernetes/OpenShift environments.

You will work with application teams to instrument apps for metrics, logs and distributed tracing and to ensure reliable delivery across environments. Strong hands-on Kubernetes/OpenShift and CI/CD experience are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

3-5 years of relevant DevOps or Platform Engineering experience.

Responsibilities

Deploy and support microservices on Kubernetes/OpenShift environments.
Build, maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines.
Implement observability solutions using Grafana, Mimir, Tempo, ClickHouse and OpenTelemetry Collectors.
Instrument applications for metrics, logs and distributed tracing with development teams.
Support Kafka-based telemetry pipelines.
Troubleshoot deployment and telemetry issues.
Automate environment setup and onboarding activities.
Integrate observability into delivery pipelines.
Support performance validation and production readiness activities.
Participate in cutover planning and production deployments.
Provide production stabilisation and post-implementation support.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure and support teams to drive DevOps adoption.
