Job summary

DYMON Asia Capital (Singapore) PTE. LTD. seeks a hands-on Cybersecurity Architect to design and guide security controls across on-prem and cloud, reporting to the Head of Cybersecurity. The role emphasizes practical, lean security frameworks for a fast-paced hedge fund environment.

Responsibilities include architecture blueprints, PAM/landing zones in Azure, threat modeling, incident coordination, and ensuring MAS TRM/NIST CSF 2.0 alignment.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of progressive hands-on cybersecurity engineering and architecture experience.
• Demonstrated experience in a regulated financial services environment (hedge fund or asset management experience advantageous).
• Proven track record designing and delivering enterprise‑grade security architectures across hybrid cloud environments.
• Strong collaboration with project management to drive technical initiatives to completion.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and maintain security architecture blueprints across on‑prem and cloud environments.
• Lead complex implementations: SIEM/SOC integrations, DLP, network segmentation, EDR/XDR deployments.
• Develop technical documentation, engineering standards, and deployment playbooks.
