Job summary

JR HAIR & BEAUTY SALON in Singapore is seeking an experienced Hair Stylist/Senior Hair Stylist to join our unisex salon. You will craft modern color techniques and precision cuts while delivering premium care to a diverse client base.

The role involves performing consultations, tailoring styling solutions to each guest, and maintaining high salon hygiene. You will thrive in a fast-paced team and contribute to repeat business through exceptional service and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a professional salon setting.
• Strong expertise in color formulation, highlight placement, and current cutting techniques.
• Experience working with thick, wavy, and dense hair textures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a team during peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform consultation and expert execution of hair coloring, highlights, balayage, and custom color treatments.
• Provide professional hair care rituals, including deep conditioning, scalps treatments, and smoothing/keratin care.
• Deliver precision hair cutting, blow-drying, and styling tailored to individual client requests.
• Assess diverse hair types and textures to recommend suitable styles, maintenance routines, and professional home care products.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with regular and new clientele to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain salon hygiene, safety standards, and cleanliness across workstations.
