Job summary

QB HOUSE Singapore is seeking a proactive outlet operations leader to provide express hair cutting services while ensuring high service standards in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee cleanliness, staffing, daily sales, and adherence to company policies at assigned outlets.

Responsibilities include supervising stylists, training new staff, monitoring performance, handling complaints, driving sales targets, and coordinating with Team Leaders for staffing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver precise and efficient hair cutting services at assigned outlet(s) to meet company quality standards
• Manage outlet operations including cleanliness, stylist attendance, daily sales, staff uniform, and appearance to ensure compliance with company policies
• Assist trainers by briefing, supervising, and training new stylists to maintain consistent skill levels
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance, recommending re-training when necessary to maintain consistent service quality
• Assist Team Leaders and Area Managers to arrange replacement for staff on medical leave or urgent absences
• Address customer complaints promptly and prepare detailed reports for management review
• Prepare performance evaluation reports for new stylists to track progress and development
• Oversee outlet maintenance issues to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
• Conduct staff counseling sessions as needed to support team well-being and performance
• Drive outlet sales to achieve or exceed set targets.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support outlet and company goals
