Responsibilities include consultations, cutting, coloring, styling, and maintaining salon hygiene. Flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, are required to meet client demand.

Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma in hairstyling, hairdressing, or related field preferred.
• Previous Hairstylist experience is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of haircutting, styling, coloring, and hair care techniques.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn new techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good personal grooming and professional attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.

• Provide hair coloring, highlighting, perming, re-bonding, and other chemical services where qualified.
• Recommend suitable hairstyles, hair care products, and treatments based on hair type.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the salon, workstations, and equipment.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.
• Stay updated on latest hairstyling trends, techniques and products.
• Assist with daily salon operations, appointment scheduling and product recommendations.
• Follow salon safety standards and ensure a professional working environment.
