Job summary

Helen Hair Spa Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a skilled Hair Stylist to consult with clients, perform haircuts, styling, coloring, perming and scalp treatments while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will wash and dry hair, maintain hygiene of tools and workstations, recommend suitable hair care products, and build strong client rapport to encourage repeat visits. Weekend or holiday shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a Hair Stylist or Hairdresser.
• Proficient in haircutting, coloring, and chemical treatments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays.

• Perform haircuts, styling, hair coloring, perming, and scalp treatments to meet client expectations
• Wash, condition, and blow-dry clients’ hair using appropriate techniques and products for healthy hair results
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools, equipment, and workstations to ensure a safe and sanitary environment
• Recommend hair care products and services tailored to individual client needs to enhance hair health and style
• Build client rapport and retention by delivering attentive and professional customer service

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Hair Stylist or Hairdresser
• Proficient in basic and advanced haircutting, coloring, and chemical treatment techniques
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift hours as required
