Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and assist with settling in.
• Escort clients to shampoo stations and service areas.
• Shampoo, condition, and prep clients for services.
• Assist with color applications and other treatments under supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock at styling stations and towels.
• Assist with reception duties and product recommendations.
• Handle basic payments and manage appointment book.
• Ensure client comfort and relay preferences to stylists.
