You will greet clients, assist with seating and refreshments, perform basic shampooing and preparation, maintain cleanliness, and help with product sales and reception duties. Prior customer service experience is preferred, with a friendly, professional demeanor and stamina for long hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous salon or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of haircare and beauty products.
• Friendly and professional demeanour.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, ensuring a welcoming first impression.
• Assist clients with seating, robes, beverages, and comfort.
• Shampoo, prep, and assist with colour or chemical services under supervision.
• Maintain salon cleanliness and organize stations and supplies.
• Support retail sales by explaining products and assisting selections.
• Handle reception tasks, appointments, and payments.
• Relay client preferences to stylists and ensure satisfaction.
• Support in general duties and training as required.
