Job summary

GE Vernova Singapore Services (GEVSS) is seeking an HA Repair Qualification Project Leader to ensure on-time execution of repair qualifications industrialized in Singapore. You will partner with Shop operations, AMRT & Sourcing to develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, milestones and budgets while coordinating activities across functions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, business administration or related field.
Proven experience in repair operations, capacity planning and CAPEX management in manufacturing or service environments.
Knowledge of GT repair methods, procedures and planning.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage detailed project plans with scope, schedule, milestones and budgets.
Facilitate program rhythm and standard work to achieve PLQ and Industrialization OTD.
Program management of the overall industrialization schedule.
Provide day-to-day support for 4x piece Mini-PLQ and escalate risks per standard work.
Report status, budget tracking, schedule performance and risk assessments to leadership.
