Job description

Location: VijayawadaExperience: 2-5 yearsJob Summary:We are seeking a qualified and experienced Gynecologist and Obstetrician to join our medical team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care to women during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum, as well as manage a wide range of gynecological issues. This role requires a compassionate and patient-focused physician who is experienced in both obstetrics and gynecology.Key Responsibilities: Provide prenatal, antenatal, and postnatal care to ensure the health of both mother and baby. Manage normal and high-risk pregnancies and deliveries, including performing cesarean sections when required. Diagnose and treat various gynecological conditions such as menstrual disorders, infections, pelvic pain, and reproductive health issues. Perform gynecological surgeries, including laparoscopic procedures, hysterectomies, and treatments for reproductive health disorders. Conduct routine screenings, such as pap smears, mammograms, and breast exams, to monitor womens health. Offer family planning services, including contraceptive counseling, sterilization procedures, and fertility assessments. Handle obstetric emergencies, including eclampsia, placenta previa, or fetal distress, to ensure patient safety. Collaborate with other specialists such as pediatricians and anesthesiologists to provide holistic care. Maintain detailed medical records of patients, ensuring documentation of all treatments, tests, and consultations.Skills & Qualifications: MBBS with a specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology (MD/MS/DNB in Obstetrics and Gynecology preferred).
