Overview

This is a customer-facing role where you will act as a brand ambassador at the Customer Experience (CX) center in the new state-of-the-art Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Center in Singapore (HMGICS).You will guide visitors through each experience zone, showcasing Hyundai Motor Group’s brand philosophy, products and values, ensuring high-quality customer experience and service for every visitor.

The customer experience center will be an exciting new attraction in Singapore and a first-of-its-kind in the automotive industry. HMGICS will not just be a retail space showcasing cars, but a whole new lifestyle and experiential destination in Singapore.

Visitors will be able to take a peek into how Hyundai’s IONIQ EVs are built, get into an IONIQ EV and be taken on a ride at the sky track or even test drive an EV along designated routes. On top of that, HMGICS is in the midst of preparing many other experiential formats for visitors to experience ‘Progress for humanity’, Hyundai’s brand philosophy. The objective is to showcase futuristic, human-centered concepts not just in mobility, but also in sustainability, food, meaningful partnerships, and more.

Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Experience (CX) & Customer Service

Welcome and guide visitors through various HMGICS experiences (Vehicle Displays, Smart Farm, Sky Track, etc.) while embodying the brand philosophy, values, and product knowledge.

● Confidently and engagingly introduce and explain experiences at the cx space, ensuring exceptional customer service standards are upheld in every interaction.

● Maintain and operate vehicles, equipment, and devices within CX areas, adhering to safety, emergency response, and inventory management protocols.

● Execute administrative tasks related to the customer experience, including but not limited to documentation and record-keeping.

● Conduct guided tour programs for visitors, providing informative and enjoyable experiences. Conducting kids program and other workshops pertaining to CX experience.

● Host VIPs throughout CX spaces, ensuring their needs and expectations are met with the highest level of service.

● Provide coverage for CX zones as needed, stepping in for other team members when required.

● Set up stations and ensure operational readiness to facilitate smooth customer experiences.

Requirements

● Diploma or A-Level qualification

● Both entry-level and experienced individuals are welcome to apply

● Experienced applicants should have 1-5 years of experience in a customer service/guest-facing role such as in the airline, retail and hotel industry

● Should be comfortable and confident when delivering presentations.

● Presentable and able to communicate in English as it is essential for good command of spoken English to effectively engage with visitors

● Strong interpersonal skills and proactive

● Knowledge of and interest in the automobile industry will be beneficial

● Proficiency in Korean and Mandarin will be beneficial, as position may require communication with international visitors

● Five days work week including weekend and public holidays
