Job summary

PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering à Singapour recherche un agent de réception pour assurer un service de qualité aux invités. Les responsabilités incluent le traitement des enregistrements, des paiements et la gestion des demandes des clients. Le candidat idéal est motivé, responsable, et capable de travailler sous pression, idéalement avec une expérience dans un hôtel 5 étoiles. Une connaissance des outils informatiques est requise.

Qualifications

  • 1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire, de préférence en hôtel 5 étoiles.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et interpersonnelles.
  • Capacité à travailler en horaires rotatifs.

Responsibilities

  • Traiter toutes les enregistrations des invités et gérer les paiements.
  • Répondre aux appels et demandes des clients avec professionnalisme.
  • Coordonner avec le personnel de nettoyage pour les chambres prêtes.

Job description

Responsibilities
  • Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing and activating room keys.
  • Process all types of payment such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
  • Process all check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges.
  • Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns courteously and professionally.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping to track the readiness of rooms for check-in.
  • Supply guests with directions and information regarding the property.
  • Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system.
  • Balance and drop receipts according to accounting specifications.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by superior
Requirements
  • 1 to 3 years of work experience in a similar capacity; relevant experience in a 5-star hotel is preferred.
  • GCE N/O Levels or fresh graduates are welcome
  • Basic computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (spoken, written and electronic)
  • Demonstrate independence, responsibility and accountability
  • Able to work rotating shifts (4 days work week) including public holidays and weekends
