Job description

Our Client is a leading leader in the Aviation Industry and they are looking for vibrant individuals to be a part of their team!

Job Description:

  • Attend to all walk-in ticketing, retail and lounge sales and guest enquiries

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests

  • Perform end-to-end ticketing sales and cashiering duties

  • Actively promote and upsell ticketing packages, promotions and sales at the main admission area

  • Assist in the exhibition galleries and safeguard studio artifacts

  • Facilitate guided tours for various group of people

  • Perform price tagging, regular stock takes and stock replenishment of merchandise

  • Maintain cleanliness of work area and facilities

  • Ensure proper records of facility usage and that corresponding charges are updated in the system and maintained accurately

  • Assist guests/visitors with their needs, requests and complaints

  • Prepare and serve the food and beverage including alcohol drinks to guests

  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ level with 1-2 years of hospitality experience

  • Candidates with retail or customer service experience will be highly preferred

  • Able to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment

  • Able to work on shifts including weekends and Public Holidays

Working Hours:

  • Work Days: 2 days off 2 days (rotating shifts)

  • Work Hours: 5.30am - 530pm, 6.00am - 6.00pm, 9.00am – 9.00pm, 9.30am – 9.30pm, 10.00am – 10.00pm, 10.30am – 10.30pm
