Guest Service Officer

Responsibilities

• Perform guests check in or check out according to hotel procedures and service standards.
• Handle guests’ inquiries or complaints promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Perform cashiering and updating of guest records.
• Handle all incoming calls for guests or internal departments.
• Perform other related tasks.

Job Requirements

• ‘O’ level & above with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Diploma with no experience is welcome to apply.
• 5 day work (3 rotating shifts).
