A leading company is seeking dedicated individuals to provide excellent guest services in a hotel environment. The role involves maintaining guest relations, handling inquiries, and ensuring compliance with security procedures. Candidates must be willing to work shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
Summary:
Working location: West Coast
Working Days & Hours: 5 days (3 shift rotating)
Salary: Up to $2600

Job Scope:
Work closely with the Residence Manager and provide courteous services to guests and responds efficiently and tactfully to guests' complaints, requests, and enquiries.
Ensure that all telephone calls are handled promptly.
Maintain good guest relations with in-house guests at all times.
Handle guest complaints promptly.
Ensure guest room security, emergency, and fire procedures; encourage the use of Safe-Deposit boxes (El-Safe) and adhere to policies & procedures for their use.
Be familiar with SR facilities and functions as well as major city attractions and events; provide guests with accurate information as requested. Ensure a professional and courteous working relationship and maintain an effective flow of communication with all hotel personnel.
Maintain a well-groomed appearance and a tidy work area
Job Requirement:
Comfortable to work during weekends due to operations requirements.
Comfortable to OT when necessary.
