Guest Service Executive (Hospitality/Property Industry) #JYS

• Welcome guests, check them in, share info.
• Handle guest issues with friendly support.
• Process payments and manage daily reports.
• Serve food, maintain lounge clean and stocked.
• Support events, tours, and guest services.

Requirements:

• Minimum Dip in Hospitality or other related courses with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficiency in Inforbrand HMS - Hotel Management System will be an added advantage.
• Possess a WSQ food hygiene certificate is preferred.
