Must have a working knowledge of F&B Service & Front Office operations, including F&B, front desk, reception/cashiering procedures, and reservations.
Must have a strong understanding of the functions of each hotel department, physical layouts of hotel facilities, key personnel and their roles, daily functions, special events, and conventions/groups currently in-house or arriving.
Attend and direct daily front office operations as part of the team. Address credit issues and perform duties as directed by the Director Guest Services & Assistant Manager.
Assist in improving the Guest Service Department. Provide efficient, friendly, and professional service to all guests. Lead by example in attending to guest requests and strive for Total Customer Satisfaction.
Take initiative to ensure positive and productive interactions with internal and external customers; consult your Manager if difficulties arise.
Work collaboratively with trust so that colleagues and management meet departmental and hotel goals. Treat customers and colleagues from all cultural backgrounds with respect, sensitivity, and transparency.
Actively promote hotel promotions and facilities to guests.
BHM degree with 2 years experience as a Front Office Associate or 1 year as a Team Leader.
