Charterhouse Resources Pte. Ltd. is seeking a customer-focused service team member for a popular Japanese dining concept in North-East Singapore. You will greet guests, take orders, serve meals and drinks, and help keep the dining area clean and welcoming.

The role requires friendly, patient communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting with rotating shifts. Full-time, 6-day weeks, on-site at the restaurant location.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B service, restaurant, café, or hospitality industry preferred.
• Friendly personality with good customer service skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and drinks promptly.
• Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent service.
• Assist with restaurant opening and closing duties.
• Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.
