The Guest Service Ambassador (Porters) will assist the Concierge to assist arriving and departing guests, handle baggage promptly and orientate guests on facilities in rooms and hotel.
Our Expectations:
Assist guests with baggage and escort guests to reception desk.
Accompany guest to assigned room, explain room facilities and hotel’s restaurants, orientate guest to features of rooms and hotel facilities.
Greet and direct group to waiting area and immediately, tag all baggage and sort out baggage according to the assigned room.
Deliver baggage by service lift to the guest room and explain all facilities and restaurants, wish guests a pleasant stay and leave promptly and politely.
Greet guest upon entering room and verify number of baggage and remind guest to make sure nothing was left in the room, then escort guest to lift. Check for guest’s transportation arrangement.
Open car doors for vehicles stop at hotel entrance.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills. You should be attentive to the guests and knowledgeable in the hospitality industry best practices with the ability to adapt to ever changing requirements and needs of customers.
