About the role
Join the dynamic and service-oriented team at Pan Pacific Serviced Suites as a Guest Service Ambassador .
This is a full-time role and is based in the Central Region. You will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences to our valued guests.
What you'll be doing
Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a warm and welcoming environment for all guests
Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, responding to guest enquiries and resolving any issues
Treating all guest with respect and handles rooms reservations or walk-in requests, registration processes or complains with professionalism, paying special attention to Long Staying Guest (LSG) and VIPS.
To develop and maintain close business contact with the in-house guests to provide a positive impression.
Handles all incoming calls from internal or external parties to address the needs of all guests. Ensures that every call received is attended to promptly and pleasantly, takes messages accurately and delivers all wake-up calls request timely in accordance with Pan Pacific guidelines as well as doing follow up call with LSG to obtain guest requirement during stay, feedback and special preferences.
Ensure timely reply to any guest enquiries via websites and email enquiry.
Plan, organize, coordinate quarterly activities for guest and recommend ideas to enhance guest stay experience.
To ensure all guests data are updated in Property Management system.
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years' experience in a front office or guest services role within the hospitality industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle guest requests and concerns
Proficient in using hotel management and reservation systems
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards
Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lead and motivate a team
