Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, including beds, linens and amenities.
• Clean and maintain lobby and public areas.
• Replenish towels, toiletries, linens and supplies.
• Assist with laundry duties and handling of linens.
• Attend to guest requests courteously and professionally.
• Use and maintain cleaning equipment and tools.
• Identify and report defects and maintenance issues.
• Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Follow safety, hygiene and housekeeping procedures.
• Provide shift updates to Housekeeping Supervisor and collaborate with the team.
