Key Responsibilities
Operational Support: Assist the F&B Executive/Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the cafe and musical lounge. This includes preparing for daily operations, such as setting up the lounge area, ensuring cleanliness, and stocking supplies.
Guest Interaction: Provide warm and welcoming service to members and guests. This includes greeting guests, taking orders, recommending food and beverages, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Reservation Management: Coordinate reservations efficiently to optimize seating arrangements and ensure a pleasant and enjoyable experience for all members & guests. Manage waitlists and communicate effectively with members & guests regarding their reservations.
Service Coordination: Liaise closely with the F&B team (kitchen and service staff) to ensure seamless service delivery and timely fulfilment of orders. Communicate clearly and proactively to ensure members & guests satisfaction.
Membership Focus: Provide personalized service to club members, recognizing their preferences and building rapport. Promote club events and offerings to members.
Problem Resolution: Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently, escalating complex situations to the F&B Executive/Manager as needed.
Working Hours (Late Evening Shift)
Sunday to Thursday: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Friday, Saturday, and Public Holiday Eve: 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a club or hospitality industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
