Job description

Your Role:

  1. Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes, making every guest’s arrival and departure seamless.

  2. Provide a warm and professional welcome, registering guests and issuing room keys with efficiency and care.

  3. Engage with guests, attentively handling inquiries and ensuring their stay is enjoyable.

  4. Manage cashiering duties accurately and efficiently.

  5. Maintain organized records, reports, and filing systems to uphold hotel standards.

  6. Handle guest reservations using the Opera system, ensuring a seamless booking experience.

  7. Share valuable insights on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.

  8. Anticipate guest needs, proactively addressing concerns and building strong rapport.

  9. Uphold safety, security, and loss control measures at the front desk and back office.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. A people-oriented individual with a passion for exceptional customer service.

  2. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) to engage effectively with guests and colleagues.

  3. Familiarity with OPERA software is a plus!

  4. Ability to work rotating shifts, including public holidays and weekends.
