Job description

Job Summary:

Responsible for satisfying hotel guests’ needs by attending to their inquiries, providing solutions, and delivering excellent customer service. Assisting the Hotel Manager in the smooth operation of the hotel.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Perform check-ins and check-outs.
  2. Ensure all reservations are entered in a timely and accurate manner.
  3. Accurately input all guest information, reservation amendments, and guest requests into the Front Desk System.
  4. Follow hotel procedures and protocols.
  5. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
  6. Attend to customer needs to ensure satisfaction and positive online reviews.
  7. Follow up on email inquiries.
  8. Collaborate closely with Housekeeping and Maintenance departments.
  9. Perform additional duties as assigned.
  10. Cross-sell hotel amenities and upsell room upgrades.
  11. Promote hotel marketing and loyalty programs to encourage repeat guests.
  12. Ensure accuracy of shift closing reports.
  13. Handle administrative and operational tasks.
  14. Maintain good attendance and punctuality.
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/College qualification in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or equivalent.
  • Preferably 3 or more years of experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Entry-level candidates with specialization in Hotel Management or Tourism Services are also encouraged to apply.
