Job summary

A local confinement centre in Singapore is looking for a Guest Relations Executive to ensure excellent communication and customer service. The ideal candidate should possess good interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and preferably a diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management. Responsibilities include engaging with guests, supporting team operations, and adapting to changes in a dynamic environment. The role offers training, medical insurance, and a five-day work week.

We are an confinement centre near the vicinity of Newton MRT/Downtown Line and we are seeking a Guest Relations Executive to join us.

Responsibilities
  • Good written & communication skills in English or Mandarin or both.
  • Ability to speak third language(s) is an advantage
  • Works cohesively and respectfully within the department
  • Possesses good interpersonal skills and attentiveness to details
  • Works well with a team and supports proactively
  • Prioritizes and organizes work efficiently
  • Self-motivates and with a positive "Can Do" mindset
  • Acts with integrity and high professionalism
  • Embraces and adapts supportively to changes
  • Self-confidence and charisma, able to engage in personal conversation with Guest in a professional manner
  • Performs any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Management.
Qualifications and Experience
